The problem

Most race teams run their travel on a spreadsheet, a WhatsApp group and one person's memory. It works until a round moves, a passport is a month from expiry, or the person who knows everything is on a plane.

Confirm your championship and the calendar arrives already built: every round, every date. Add your own tests and sponsor days alongside it.

Hotels, and what they cost

Every rate is what SportSync pays.
No commission, ever.

We are not a booking site taking a cut. We contract rooms around the circuits, and you pay the contracted price.

  • A contracted catalogue at select rounds, with the room type, what is included, and how many rooms are held
  • Every other round sourced for you, the same day, at the price we pay
  • Hold rooms at no cost while you decide, and put part of a hold back
  • Keep the places that worked. They stay on a list private to your team, with how many times you have booked them and when you last stayed
  • Import the bookings you already have, so a team joining mid season does not start from nothing

The full catalogue and search open in October for F1, F2, F3 and F1 Academy. Every other championship is on request, and we source it the same way.

From October, at select rounds, for the F1 family championships. There is a button in the portal to tell us you want it elsewhere, and that is genuinely how the order gets decided.

Accounting and receipts

What the weekend cost, without chasing anybody for a photo of a taxi receipt

The crew photograph it

At the circuit, in the app, with the round already on it. Parking, a taxi after curfew, a replacement tool.

You approve it

It arrives on your Accounting screen with the amount on it. Approve, decline with a reason, or remove a mistake. Only approved receipts count into the round.

It goes to Accounts

Record how it was paid, whether that is a personal expense, a company card or BACS, then export the pack: one sheet and a zip of the receipt images.

The pack downloads and your email opens addressed to your accounts team with the totals in it. A browser cannot attach files, so you drag the two on before sending.

Multiple entries in one organisation, visible from one account

A manager can ask another of their teams for access, and that manager decides what to share. Both keep their own account and their own subscription.

Two things worth knowing before you sign up

Your data stays yours

A passport sitting in SportSync belongs to the person who put it there.

  • We see a document only when you tick it across, one at a time, and you can untick it again
  • Nothing expires on a timer
  • Deleting really deletes. It is not a flag on a row we keep
  • Anybody can close their own account themselves, and sees exactly what goes before they press it
